Todays Happenings

My sweetie and me went out and about by ourselves for a bit tonight. My mom watched all the kids. Thanx mom! First, we went to the Liquior store and got some drinks for New Years Eve. Then, we went to Toys R Us. My son gave me a $25.00 gift card for there for my birthday, so I bought a couple board games for the family. After that, we went over to the mall and ran around for awhile had some dinner and whatnot. The dumb ass lady at Value City made us late for the movie we were gonna go see so we left the mall and did some more running. We went to Walmart then to Weis. It was still nice having time alone with J.W even if it wasnt exactly what we had planned. Then off to pick up the kiddies. They were all well behaved.

Later this evening could have ended better but you cant have everything I guess. We are having some friends over for the New Year hopefully everyone enjoys their selves. Hopefully all the kids are listening well. I got lots of cleaning done late tonight trying to get everything looking nice for our company. Keeping up with the messes the kids make is a pain in the ass. If they dont start cleaning their shit up, and I have to I am gonna trash it. They are both old enough to clean up after their selves. Well its late and I am tired. Happy New Years to everyone.

I love you John!

Another year older

UGHH!!!! I turned 30 yesterday. My son says I am offically over the hill. I don't feel old so I guess thats what counts. Drew and Shaina made me a birthday card, and lunch, which was a salad that contained lettuce, shredded cheese, left over X-Mas ham, and croutons. I put on the ranch dressing. It was a pretty good salad. Thanx kiddos! Shaina and me made some no-bake cookies they turned out pretty good too. The day went well. J.W brought home dinner so I didnt have to cook on my birthday. He is such a sweetie.

On Friday J.W and me are gonna go out to dinner and a movie. It has been awhile since we have been out to do something together without the kiddies. I am looking forward to some quiet time with my sweetie. Maybe I will get lucky and my mom will keep the kids overnight instead of for just a couple hours. That would be great. Alone all night whatever would we do?! I can think of a couple things.(WOOP!)

Anyhow, Connor and me are hanging out here at the computer typing one handed is getting easier and easier. He likes to push the buttons on the keyboard. He gets all crazy and shakes. We are patiently waiting for his Daddy to come home to us. We are missing him bunches! Well Connor is begining to smell a little off so time to go.

I love you John!

Day After X-Mas

Christmas was great! The first year with my sweetie and his family. On X-mas eve we went to his Aunt Peg's house and I got to meet all his cousins and their kids. They were all very nice. J.W's cousin said " Julie, I dont know what you are doing but keep doing it I have never seen J.W so happy." That made me feel pretty good I must say. That night we got more of our stuff put where it belongs, instead of just moving it to another spot. Then off to bed for the kids so Santa could come. J.W and me stayed up till the kids were settled in bed then we put all the gifts under the tree. There was alot more than I thought there was. After all the presents were under the tree we went to bed as well. Snuggled for a bit and sleep came fast. (When you are that comfortable in someones arms sleep does come easy)

X-mas morning, Connor was awake first, then daddy and me, Shaina woke up soon after us and went and woke Drew up. Down the steps we all went. The look on their faces when they seen all the gifts under the tree was worth a million dollars. I think they were all very happy with what they got. I know I was! The gift J.W gave me made me so happy I cried like a "sissypants". He wrote a beautiful poem for me and sent it to the place that published his poems before. They printed it on fancy paper and put it in a blue bottle with a cork. It was my message in a bottle. Very sweet!! Every time I told somebody about it I would get teary eyed. That was the most special gift I have ever been given in my life, other than my children of course. We went to his parents house for X-mas lunch which was very good. Opened up presents and hung out for awhile. Then we went to my parents house for X-mas dinner which was good as well. Hung out there for awhile too. We all watched A Christmas Story. Thats the best X-mas movie. We were all pretty tired by the time we got home but we managed to straighten up and watch another movie together. I feel asleep a couple times during the movie, I was beat. Then off to snuggle, which is where I am going shortly here.

I would like to wish everyone Happy Holidays! I love you John!!

Vacation time!

Well after tomorrow x-mas vacation begins. Drew and Shaina get almost 2 weeks off, which means I get to sleep past 6 a.m. My sweetie gets 4 days off which means I get to snuggle at bedtime (WOOP!). I have been waiting for some snuggle time. Hopefully I get some sleep tonight. Connor always seems to know when I get comfy because within 5 minutes of being comfy he is fussing. He is sleeping peacefully right now so this entry wont be very long.

I am waiting for the last of the x-mas gifts to come in the mail. I paid extra for overnight delievery and they didnt show up. That pisses me off a bit. If I dont get them by tomorrow I am gonna make a call for a refund on delievery charges. I hope everyone is pleased with what they get for x-mas. Money was a little short so there wont be alot under the tree. Enough though, I think.

Man, I whacked my head on the damn fridge this evening. It hurt like a son of a ..... ! It hurts still. Just knocked a couple more screws loose.

I am getting ready to call my sweetie so until tomorrow.

I love you John!

Can't Sleep

What do you do when your sweetie is sleeping and you get a overwhelming feeling of lonelyness? I know he is very tired, working 3rd shift and trying to get sleep, with noise from the kiddies I know its hard to get a good rest. So I let him sleep even though I am missing him badly. 3rd shift has its perks such as alone time during the day while the kids are in school but I miss sleeping in my sweeties arms.
My parents came over tonight and let the kids open their x-mas gifts. Drew got money, I am sure he will buy a PS2 game with it, Shaina got a Bratz comforter, she opened it right away and covered up, Connor got a kick start gym, he got the hang of it rather quick. When you kick it, it plays music and the toys spin around. He was digging it for awhile. J.W. and me got money as well. Thanx mom and dad.
The house is coming togther slowly. The kitchen is completely done and the living room is done all but some extra x-mas decorations laying around. I have to say the x-mas tree looks great. J.W put the finishing touches on tonight. The dining area still needs help as does our bedroom and the landing upstairs. Drew and Shaina's rooms are pretty well done. As long as its all done by x-mas I will be happy. The landlady seems to be lazy or she just doesnt care that there is a water leak under the house. We have been calling her for over a week to fix it and she still hasnt done so. I know if I owned the house I would be very concerned that there is water leaking under the place somewhere.
Well 6 a.m. is just around the corner so off to bed I go. Before I go I would like to thank Garrett for the welcome. Thanx! Goodnight all. I love you John...

The right direction!

It has been a long trying road for me and my sweetie. Things are now going in the right direction. After living with my parents for a couple months its great to finally have a place of our own. We just moved in our own place together and it is wonderful. It's taking some time to get things put into place but hey with three kiddies you just cant keep ahead of them. My boy doesnt like his new school but he dont like any school. My girl loves her new school, she is always happy though. The baby boy has become very vocal and smiles all the time. My sweetie is the best. He has made me happier than I have ever been. I am very excited about our first x-mas together as a family. We have been together for other x-mas's but secretly. No more secrets!
